Meet Board-Certified Dermatologist Dr. Ana Busquets
Our dermatology clinic is led by Dr. Ana Busquets, MD, FAAD. Dr. Busquets is a board-certified dermatologist and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, with areas of interest and expertise in skin cancer screening and treatment, mole evaluation, removal of benign skin lesions, adult and adolescent acne, rosacea, chronic skin conditions, hair and nail disorders, skin infections, and allergic and immune system related skin diseases.
Dr. Busquets is passionate about dermatology training, and this carries over to her interaction with patients, where she places utmost importance on patient education. Her diverse educational background includes a Harvard undergraduate degree with honors, Northwestern University medical school followed by residency training at University Hospitals of Cleveland/Case Western Reserve. After serving as Chief Resident during her postgraduate training at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in Dermatology, Dr. Busquets returned to University Hospitals of Cleveland to serve as an assistant professor responsible for training others while providing patient care. She is highly qualified and committed to providing an educational, yet personable and sensitive approach to meet every patient’s unique needs and goals. And, if your unique need includes conversing in Spanish, Dr. Busquets is fluent.
Meet Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Brian V. Heil
As a nonsurgical medical spa established and operated by Dr. Brian V. Heil, Acqua Blu Medical Spa is guided by his passion for true quality and an approach uniquely tailored to each patient’s individual needs. Dr. Heil is a board-certified plastic surgeon with an extensive background, finely developed skills, and years of professional training. Having received his Doctorate of Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, Dr. Heil then completed a five-year integrated residency training program in General Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, as well as a fellowship in Micro Surgery and Thrombosis Research from the University Medical Center of Pittsburgh, one of the country’s top plastic surgery training programs.
Additionally, Dr. Heil has been selected as a Castle Connolly Top Doctor, reflective of his being considered by his peers and the Castle Connolly physician-led research team as among the top 10 percent of Pittsburgh plastic surgeons. Dr. Heil is truly dedicated to providing outstanding care and results to each and every one of his patients, making him a well-recognized leader in his field.
Meet Physician Assistant Christopher Foti
Physician assistant Christopher Foti, PA-C is the most recent addition to Acqua Blu Medical Spa, though he brings more than 15 years of general medical and cosmetic dermatology experience to our amazing team.
He is an NCCPA board-certified physician assistant and was trained in the fields of dermatology, emergency medicine, family practice, internal medicine, general and orthopedic surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, and psychiatry. In addition, Christopher is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants, and the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants. For years, he served on the interview committee for Chatham University’s Physician Assistant Program. Over the past 15+ years, Christopher has participated in the training of many PA students, medical students, and family practice residents.
At Acqua Blu Medical Spa, Christopher is responsible for many services, include diagnosing and managing skin diseases, ordering and interpreting laboratory tests, writing prescriptions, and performing procedures such as biopsies.
